At Acorn Nursery, we accept babies from 9 months of age.
Our Nursery is organised into 3 rooms:
- Seedlings – 9 months – approx. 2 years
- Saplings – Approx. 2-3 years of age
- Cherry – Approx 3 – 4 years of age
At Acorns we follow a Hygge-inspired approach—creating a calm, cosy and nurturing environment where children feel secure, valued, and ready to explore. We believe that when children feel safe and emotionally settled, deeper learning naturally follows.
Our daily rhythm is gentle and predictable, offering children a reassuring structure while giving them plenty of freedom to play, investigate, and follow their interests. Through purposeful interactions, meaningful experiences, and plenty of time outdoors, we support each child to develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Strong relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Your child’s key adult will spend time getting to know you and your child, understanding their needs and interests, and ensuring they feel happy and secure.
